Talent Acquisition Specialists
We are currently looking to augment our roster with Talent Acquisition Specialists for our clients located in the Greater Toronto Area (Downtown Toronto, Mississauga, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough). This role typically involves full cycle talent acquisition from preparing and posting job ads to screening resumes, phone-screening candidates and providing shortlist(s) of suitable candidates to the hiring manager. You will be may also be interviewing candidates along with the interview panel, be involved in preparing interview questions and other ad-hoc duties as required by the role.
Qualifications
- You have more than 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience along with an educational background in Human Resources;
- You have or are working towards a professional designation (CHRL, CHRP);
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels at the organization;
- You are methodical, organized, and excel in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
- You are flexible to go onsite or work in a hybrid model as required.
Previous experience working in a unionized environment is an preferred and Ontario Public Sector retirees with relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
