Our newly established regulatory body client is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to join their team for an excellent 12-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading process improvement initiatives and implementation plans across departments;
- Review policies, procedures and operations by ensuring that best practices are incorporated into the processes for workflows.
- Ensure successful integration of requirements, quality, processes, implementation, training/documentation, data collection and analytics and productivity improvements of the business transformation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience as a Process/Continuous Improvement Specialist or Engineer role at an intermediate level in a service or corporate environment preferred.
- Change Management experience an asset.
- Demonstrated expertise in group facilitation.
- Solid ability to create and maintain strong relationships across the organizational at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex or new ideas into clear messages.
- Ability to produce polished and professional documentation.
- Advanced problem-solving, analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to foster a change environment and facilitate employees in embracing change.
- Able to work with minimal supervision, manage own time, and prioritize tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete multiple assignments simultaneously and to adapt quickly to change.
- Results-oriented with experience working under tight deadlines in a high-pressure working environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, while developing and maintaining effective working relationships with others.
