Intellectual Property Ontario (IPON) is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Leader to provide strategic direction and oversight to support business objectives and foster a collaborative, engaged and productive workplace.
Reporting to the CFO, you will manage the human resources operations, programs, services and systems to meet the human resources planning, management and administration needs of IPON including HR/people strategy development, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, talent management, compensation, salary and benefits administration, diversity and employee relations.
