Our client is seeking Regional Trainers to deliver engaging Instructor-Led Training sessions to staff across Ontario. You will be planning and delivering training programs, utilizing training tools effectively, ensuring completion of online pre-work, evaluating participant retention, and providing feedback on training materials.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, and adult education.
- Exceptional verbal and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to travel throughout Ontario for training sessions.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and theories.
- Bilingual (English and French) is an asset for specific training classes.
Pay: $35-45 per hour
