We are looking for a sharp, dynamic, and highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to support professional-level staffing assignments across the public and broader public sector.
This is a fast-moving, people-focused role where no two days look the same. You will work closely with candidates, clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to keep recruitment processes moving quickly and professionally. The role requires strong communication, confidence, judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
You will play a key role in identifying strong candidates, coordinating interviews and onboarding, managing active assignments, and helping deliver a high-quality experience for both clients and consultants.
