We are currently seeking an experienced professional to support a high-volume, document-driven environment with our client. This full-time, on-site interim opportunity requires a skilled and organized individual to oversee day-to-day records management operations, ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards, and provide coordination and guidance to a small team.
In this role, the coordinator will oversee the intake, tracking, storage, and retrieval of both physical and electronic records to ensure efficient access and traceability. You will ensure that all documentation complies with internal policies, procedures, and applicable legislation. You will also work closely with external storage providers to support both digital and physical records workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and security. This role also involves maintaining accurate inventory and records activity reporting, supporting departmental accountability.
