Our client is looking for a QI Coordinator for an immediate, interim opportunity within their office. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to assist participants in the navigation and completion of their respected QI Program requirements whilst adhering to guidelines established by the Quality Improvement Program. You will also be required to maintain case documentation, prepare programs, and other ad hoc duties as assigned by the QI Program Management.
You have 2+ years experience in a similar role, and have a post-secondary education in a related field;
You have experience using QI programs such as LMS, Solis, Power BI and Azure-web;
You have stellar customer service and interpersonal skills, and have excellent attention to detail;
You are proficient with MS Suite, Visio, and video conferencing programs (i.e. Teams, Zoom etc).
