We are looking for an experienced Office Manager for a full-time opportunity with our healthcare client based in Etobicoke. In this role you will be responsible for executive support in all day-to-day matters, provide direct support to the Executive Director, and collaborating with other members. These responsibilities include, but are not limited, to scheduling meetings, managing and prioritizing calendars and emails, liaising with IT department to reboot the server, managing HR functions. You will also be responsible for minute taking, monitoring and reviewing all correspondences, coordinating travel arrangements, documenting expenses with finance, handling special projects, and other ad hoc duties as required.
