We are currently looking for a Medical Administrator for an immediate, interim opportunity with our clients throughout the GTA. In this role, you will be required to greet patients and visitors, direct clients and patients to appropriate location and services, and answer any inquiries regarding services. In addition, you will be responsible for completing administrative duties including processing mail, setting up couriers, filing, photocopying, and assisting with all other reception desk tasks.
You have 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Administrator, or Medical Office Assistant and have an educational background in Medical Administration;
You are able to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional manner, and possess superior customer service skills;
You are a master multi-tasker and you are able to keep track of your priorities while managing a high volume of interruptions.
