Reporting to the Director, Engagement, Partnerships and Communications, the Manager, Strategic Community Partnerships leads the development and management of partnerships that bring services and supports to TSHC tenants.
This role provides strategic leadership in building relationships with external partners, identifying service gaps, and developing initiatives that improve housing stability and quality of life for seniors. This is a foundational role responsible for building and formalizing TSHC’s approach to partnerships. The Manager will establish frameworks, processes, and systems to support how partnerships are identified, developed, and sustained across the organization.
In this role, you will use your proactive, strategic approach to identifying and securing partnerships that align with tenant needs and organizational priorities.

Compensation: $123,295 – $147,955, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
