Reporting to the Director, People and Culture, the Manager, Employee and Labour Relations role will lead the delivery of employee relations, labour relations, and occupational health and safety programs across the organization.
This role provides strategic and operational leadership in a unionized environment, including collective bargaining, grievance management, investigations, and advisory support to leaders. The Manager also oversees a team and contributes to building a consistent, proactive people and culture function aligned to organizational priorities.

Compensation: $123,295 – $147,955, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Starting salary will be based on relevant skills, experience, and internal equity.
