Embark on a transformative role as the Compensation Manager at Centennial College, where you will be instrumental in leading the implementation resulting from a comprehensive compensation review. In this pivotal role, reporting to the Director of Total Compensation & HR Operations, you will take the lead in translating strategic recommendations into actionable plan that support of Centennial’s strategic initiatives and values.
As the Manager, Compensation, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of Compensation and Job Evaluation. This is your opportunity to lead a team of passionate professionals, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment. You will take the lead in shaping compensation frameworks and the strategic direction that support Centennial College’s mission, provide governance to ensure fairness and compliance, and drive continuous improvement based on industry trends and corporate objectives.
