This is a unique opportunity which will allow you to build a new leadership development framework for Centennial College. This new role and function within the College is designed to cultivate a deeper organizational and professional learning and development culture.
The Learning and Development Specialist (Learning Architect) will work collaboratively and in consultation with the Director, Strategic Talent Management to design, build out and support the Centennial Talent Academy. The incumbent will oversee the following services, processes and learning opportunities at Centennial’s four campuses, including; (a) Development, implementation, and assessment of a college-wide leadership development framework and (b) Development and implementation of programs related to various employee cohorts/streams within each stream, a progressive, developmental approach will be adopted, starting with the fundamentals and core skills.
