Our Toronto based public sector client is seeking an IT Support Clerk for an onsite interim opportunity, with the possibility of extension. In this role the successful candidate will be required to provide customer support to both internal and external parties, provide strong customer service in regarding to technical support. You may be responsible for some administrative tasks such as responding to inquiries both in e-mail and via phone, and other ad hoc duties.
