We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Lead for a key organizational role within the broader public and not-for-profit sector.
This interim mandate requires a hands-on leader with demonstrated experience overseeing finance, fund administration, and accounting operations. The individual will step into an established leadership structure, supporting a team that spans financial reporting and operational oversight.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Oversight of daily financial operations including cash flow, forecasting, and month-end processes
Management of complex funding structure and internal reporting requirements
Coordination of financial reporting
Leadership and support broader team across finance
Operational decision-making and issue resolution during a busy reporting period
The Ideal Candidate:
Brings significant experience in financial operations and fund administration within the public or not-for-profit sector
Has familiarity with financial systems and data platforms
Can provide clear, decisive direction and operate independently with minimal oversight
Has a pragmatic and transparent leadership style
Ideally has experience with complex multi-stakeholder environments
Term: Full-time interim assignment; estimated 3–6 months with potential for extension
