Our client in the not-for-profit sector is looking for a Human Resources Manager to support their Human Resources team for an interim opportunity. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment, while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and alignment with organizational strategies.
Qualifications:
Strong project management and HR skills, with the ability to manage deadlines, deliverables, and competing priorities
Proven experience in recruitment for senior-level roles, ideally within the entertainment, sales, marketing, or creative (graphic design) sectors
Excellent relationship management and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent changes and shifting priorities
Highly adaptable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management abilities to balance multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams and leadership
