We are currently looking to augment our roster of HR Advisors to support our valued clients for future opportunities.

Typically as an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for the delivery of Human Resources services and provide support to a portfolio of client business units. You will provide direct client advisory support in the application of HR Policies and Programs and deliver operational services in recruitment/staffing, disability management, and Health and Safety and AODA training. 

Qualifications 

  • You have a post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or a related field with 3-5 years of HR experience in a similar environment;  
  • You have experience with administering recruitment activities such as posting jobs, screening applications, conducting phone interviews, sending out offers, etc., in a high-volume environment; 
  • You are solution oriented, with analytical and prioritization skills, and have the ability to deal with people sensitively and professionally at all times;  
  • You have an advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and MS Office Suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
