Human Resources Coordinator – Interim/Temporary Assignment
($28–$30 per hour | 12-week assignment with possible extension | On-site in Toronto)
HR Associates is working with a broader public-sector client to recruit an experienced Human Resources Coordinator for a short-term interim assignment.
This is a practical, hands-on HR support role for someone who is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a busy HR team. The assignment is well suited to an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, or HR administrative professional who can step in quickly and help keep day-to-day HR operations moving. In this role, you will support HR generalists and the broader HR team with employee documentation, onboarding coordination, HR records, forms, tracking, recruitment administration, payroll and benefits-related administration, and other departmental support.
