Our client is looking for an Human Resources Assistant for an immediate, interim role. In this role, you will provide administrative and clerical support including full-cycle recruitment, maintaining employee records, managing their internal training platform and coordinate new hire orientations. The HR Assistant will be responsible for drafting reports, and supporting other departments cross-functionally with HR related clerical duties.
You have 2+ years of Human Resources experience in an office environment, and a post-secondary education in a related field;
You have a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws with hands-on experience in recruitment and HR administration;
You are solution oriented, with analytical and prioritization skills, and have the ability to deal with people sensitively and professionally at all times;
You are proficient in the MS Office Suite with prior experience working with BambooHR;
Bilingual (French and English), written and verbally, considered an asset.
