Human Resource Manager
We are currently looking to augment our roster with Human Resource Managers for our clients located in the Greater Toronto Area (Downtown Toronto, Mississauga, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough). This role typically involves recruitment and staffing by developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing employee relations from handling issues to interpreting and enforcing policies and procedures, conducting performance appraisals, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, policy development, to name a few. You may also be involved in labour relations, collective bargaining negotiations and other relevant duties as required.
Qualifications
Previous experience working in a unionized environment is required and Ontario Public Sector retirees with relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
