Our client in the non-profit sector is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team for an excellent, hands-on interim opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, labour relations, health and safety, employee engagement, and providing HR advice and recommendations to senior management.
Your ability to communicate and work with various team members, including senior leadership, to coach and guide them, along with your strong leadership and relationship management skills will be key in this role.
