We are looking to augment our roster with Human Resource Consultants for various interim assignments with our clients located in the Greater Toronto Area (Downtown Toronto, Mississauga, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough). This role typically involves providing comprehensive HR support for various HR functions, labour relations, benefits management, policy development. You may also be involved in other HR tasks such as assisting with recruitment, special projects and other ad hoc duties as required.
Qualifications:
You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
You more than 5 years of experience as an HRBP, HR Advisor, HR Generalist or HR Specialist, preferably in a unionized environment;
You have or are working towards a professional designation (CHRL, CHRP);
You have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with tact and professionalism;
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels at the organization;
You are methodical, organized, and excel in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
You are flexible to go onsite or work in a hybrid model as required.
Previous experience working in a unionized environment is an asset and Ontario Public Sector retirees with relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
