Human Resources Project Coordinator
Our not-for-profit client based in Downtown Toronto is looking for a Human Resources Project Coordinator to support them on various short-term HR projects. In this role, you will be supporting projects related to executive succession planning, job evaluation and description revision, implement the onboarding module on Ceridian, future work plan finalization and implementation and other ad hoc duties as required. You may also support the client’s employee performance review process, employee engagement survey, support the client’s ongoing union negotiations and perform other ad hoc duties as required by the role.
