Our client located in Burlington is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, assist with bi-weekly payroll processing for both Canada and the US, and administer various employee benefits programs. You will be responsible for onboarding new employees, maintaining accurate staff records, managing HR documentation on the company intranet, and producing HR reports. Additionally, you will provide guidance on HR policies, compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Your role will also involve assisting with special HR projects and supporting exit interviews and offboarding processes.
