Human Resources Assistant

Our public and non-profit sector clients are looking to hire a Human Resources Assistant for urgent, interim opportunities.

As an HR Assistant, you will provide administrative and recruitment support including full-cycle recruitment, maintaining employee records, manage their internal training platform and coordinate new hire orientations. Our clients are looking for an adaptable and tech-savvy candidate with excellent communication skills.

Are you the right person for this role?

  • You have a post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or a related field;
  • You have 2+ years of HR experience in a similar environment;
  • You have previous experience working with a HRIS;
  • You have excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
