Our public sector client is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join their team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance within a unionized environment. You’ll also support managers with HR best practices, coaching them on employee relations and guiding them through union-related matters.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in employee relations and conducting investigations.
Previous experience in a unionized environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee rights.
A degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
