Our client is seeking a Financial Officer for a maternity leave coverage (up to 18 months). As the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails, the Financial Officer provides general office administrative support as well as general accounting duties such as maintaining entries into QuickBooks, creating invoices and ensuring payments and receivables are up to date.
You will work collaboratively with other administrative and teams to priorities tasks and support other program areas as needed.
