We are looking for an Executive Assistant for interim opportunities with our clients. In this role you will be responsible for executive support in all day-to-day matters, providing direct support to high level executives, and collaborating with other members. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to scheduling meetings, managing and prioritizing calendars and emails, liaising with board members and boardroom administration tasks. You will also be responsible for minute taking, monitoring and reviewing all correspondences, coordinating travel arrangements, documenting expenses with finance, and handling special projects.
