Our client in the broader public sector is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant for a long-term 1 year assignment.
This is a hands-on coordination role providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership while ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day executive office activities. In this role, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare correspondence and briefing materials, and support the flow of information between internal teams and external stakeholders.
You will also coordinate meeting logistics, support leadership or board meetings, prepare reports and briefing notes, track action items, and assist with travel arrangements and expense reconciliation. This role may also support project coordination and contribute to process improvements that enhance executive office operations.
