Executive Assistant
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support to support our nonprofit client for a full-time 6-month assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct executive support in all day-to-day operations of the executive’s office while collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.
In addition, you will be responsible for providing direct policy and communication support, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, managing and prioritizing calendars and emails, liaising with board members and completing boardroom administration tasks. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reviewing all correspondences, tracking expenses, and handling special projects.
