We are currently looking to build our roster of experienced Executive Assistants for interim opportunities for our clients in the Public Sector and Non-Profit agencies. In these roles you will be responsible for executive support in all day-to-day matters while providing direct support to high level executives, and collaborating with other members. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling meetings, managing and prioritizing calendars and emails, liaising with board members and completing boardroom administration tasks. You will also be responsible for minute taking, monitoring and reviewing all correspondences, coordinating travel arrangements, tracking expenses, and handling special projects. Additionally, you will prepare all board agendas and materials necessary for board meetings, committee meetings and calls, while safeguarding the confidential nature of the discussions and information shared in the meetings.
