In this dynamic position, you’ll be the right-hand to the executive team, ensuring smooth operations and seamless communication. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating meetings, taking detailed minutes, managing and prioritizing calendars and emails, and liaising with board members. You’ll also handle boardroom administration, monitor and review all correspondence, track expenses, and take charge of special projects.
