Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator
Our public sector client is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide executive support and coordination to members of the senior leadership.
Your responsibilities will include managing calendars and coordinating meetings and events. You will play a role in overseeing financial reporting, managing expenses, and ensuring the accuracy of important documents.
As the liaison between the Executive office and internal departments, external stakeholders, and other key partners, and you will be responsible for ensuring that the Executive office is running smoothly by proactively managing tasks, tracking deadlines, and anticipating the needs of senior executives. You will also be responsible for coordinating a variety of special projects, in support of overall strategies by conducting research, preparing business cases, developing project plans, determining project resource requirement and meetings with management, staff and stakeholders.
