Our client in the public sector is seeking a skilled and experienced leader. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving initiatives that enhance employee development, build leadership capacity, and align talent strategies with organizational objectives. What you will do:
- Develop and execute integrated talent management strategies, including career development, succession planning, and internal mobility tools.
- Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs to build capacity at all levels of the organization.
- Oversee learning and development initiatives to enhance employee effectiveness and engagement, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
- Drive performance management practices that connect individual contributions to broader business objectives.
- Manage budgets and external partnerships to maximize the impact of talent and development programs.
- Use data and technology to measure program outcomes and support decision-making.
What you bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field (Master’s degree is an asset).
- Proven and demonstrated progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, and learning, including 5 years in a people management role.
- Knowledge of best practices in equity, inclusion, diversity, and anti-racism (EIDA-R), with a demonstrated ability to integrate these principles into programs and processes.
