Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will lead initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that attracts, retains, develops and inspires talent to deliver on the agency’s vision, mission and strategies.
In addition, you will: establish strategic partnerships with leaders and HR colleagues to create and implement people strategies for talent and performance management, succession planning, diversity, equity and inclusion, learning and development and employee engagement and wellness; provide strategic guidance on talent and culture to the CHRO and other leaders; oversee HR business partner advisory services; execute talent lifecycle programs that support and elevate employees, align with business priorities and drive to results; ensure strategic internal and external positioning of SO’s stellar people experience, including brand reputation and organizational culture; promote and drive innovation and continuous improvement across SO, reporting on performance metrics, program effectiveness, risks and impacts; and cultivate a strong team including hiring, orienting and training staff.
