Decision-Writing & Inquiries Administrator
The College of Optometrists of Ontario is recruiting for the permanent, full-time position of Decision-Writing & Inquiries Administrator (“Administrator”). The Administrator reports to the Senior Manager, Investigations & Resolutions and helps support the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC). The Administrator is responsible for the disposition stage of complaints and reports – attending all ICRC Panel case review meetings and preparing initial drafts of written decisions and reasons of the ICRC. The Administrator additionally assists the Investigations & Resolutions department to respond to telephone queries in a timely manner from the public.
