Corporate Services Consultant
We are looking to augment our roster with experienced Corporate Services Consultants for interim roles with our clients located in the Greater Toronto Area (Downtown Toronto, Mississauga, Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough). This role typically involves planning, delivery, and coordination of a range of corporate services, including human resources, information and communication technologies, procurement, and facilities management. You will also be overseeing human resources administration, alongside full-cycle payroll administration.
Qualifications:
- You have more than 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate services experience with relevant educational background;
- You have relevant experience in providing IT support and Payroll Administration;
- You have knowledge of and skills in system administration sufficient to provide general IT support and to utilize various specialized (finance, payroll, CRM) and general office applications in support of office administration
- You are able to work autonomously and maintain confidential information;
- You have exceptional communication skills with the ability to prepare a range of materials including correspondence;
- You have stellar interpersonal skills and have the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals and teams from diverse business units;
- You are methodical, organized, and excel in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
- You are flexible to go onsite or work in a hybrid model as required.
Previous experience in a the public broader public and not for profit and/or regulatory bodies is considered an asset and Ontario Public Service retirees with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
