Clinical Supervisor
Our non-profit client based in Etobicoke is looking for a Clinical Supervisor for an immediate long-term opportunity. In this hybrid role you will be leading and supporting the development and maintenance of interdisciplinary teams, evaluating current practices, assessing program outcomes, leading quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring clinical services meet client needs. You will also be supporting the Director to implement strategic and organizational priorities and decisions. You will be managing staff performance and will be actively involved in fostering high levels of employee engagement. You will be monitoring and managing all relevant budgets and resources to ensure financial accountability.
Qualifications:
- You have 4+ years of experience in clinical management, preferably in a clinical and/or community-based healthcare organization;
- You have a Master’s Degree in Health Sciences, management or recognized equivalent work experience;
- You have experience managing Regulated Healthcare Professionals and have the knowledge of applicable regulations including the RHP Act, OH&S Act and PHIPA;
- You have excellent conflict resolution, risk management, critical thinking, facilitation, and presentation, skills;
- You are advanced in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and have previous experience with EMR database;
- Regulated Health Professional designation is strongly preferred.
