Customer Services Representative

Responsibilities:
- Provide information and assistance to the public, handling customer service inquiries through email, fax, and written correspondence.
- Address customer inquiries promptly, offering accurate and comprehensive information on applications, examinations, registrations, renewals, and other member services.
- Process and manage payments, including refunds, ensuring accurate application of account payments and handling of incoming correspondence.
- Contribute to special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of client services and administration experience in a similar environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines with efficient attention to accuracy and detail.
- Superior written and verbal skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive or confidential matters with discretion.
- Stellar communication skills, interpersonal skills, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively autonomously and as a member of a team.
- Bilingual (French and English) is considered a strong asset.
