Our public sector client is seeking a highly organized and bilingual Senior Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will provide essential support by responding to customer inquiries, offering information on various topics, and ensuring customers receive accurate and timely responses. You will handle inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, and written correspondence), track and report on customer service trends, and manage databases to ensure up-to-date information is available. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $32 – $35 per hour.
