These positions offer exceptional interim prospects, spanning a duration of 3+ months, within a 24/7 call center serving a prominent Federal Government institution. In this capacity, you will undertake both inbound and outbound transactions, encompassing electronic and telephonic communications. Your responsibilities will include providing assistance to government departments across the nation in addressing a diverse range of facilities-related matters.

Our ideal candidates should be available for shift work, with a standard shift consisting of 8 consecutive hours per day, over 5 days per week. The schedule entails a weekly rotation, encompassing nights, weekends, and holidays.
