Our Federal Government client is seeking Bilingual Call Centre Representatives to join their team for an exciting interim opportunity! In these roles, the successful candidates will be responsible for providing customer service to our client’s members and the public over the phone and via email, respond to incoming requests and inquiries, process payments and update their database. You may also be responsible for providing regulatory expertise, support and high-quality service management of all incoming and outgoing correspondence received from various stakeholders depending on the role requirement.
You are fluent in both English and French and have 2+ years of Bilingual Client Service experience;
You have experience working with databases and strong technical skills;
You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle highly sensitive information with absolute professionalism;
You have strong time management and prioritization skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
