Our client in the broader public sector is seeking an organized Administrative Assistant for a short-term assignment.
This is a hands-on role responsible for screening and responding to telephone inquiries from the public, clients, suppliers, and staff. In this role, you will manage calendars, schedule meetings, and take minutes.
You will also handle file management and guide administrative practices, as well as support various ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
