Our clients are looking for an Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for performing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment for an interim opportunity, with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will be responsible for screening and responding to telephone inquiries from the public, clients, suppliers, and staff, as well as scheduling meetings, calendar management and taking minutes. You will be responsible for file management duties while providing overall guidance and support related to administrative practices, and other ad hoc tasks as required. Additionally, you will be required to prepare cheque requisitions and prepare, distribute and track annual reviews.
