Our clients in the public sector are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their office for interim opportunities, with the possibility for extension.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role for the team by efficiently handling various administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include managing phone inquiries from the public, clients, suppliers, and staff. You will also take charge of scheduling meetings, overseeing calendar management, and meticulously recording meeting minutes. In addition, the successful candidate will review claims, track expenditures, monitor expenses, and ad hoc file management duties.
