We are looking to augment our roster of Administrative Assistant candidates for interim opportunities with our public sector clients. Typically, you will be responsible for screening and responding to telephone inquiries from the public, clients, suppliers, and staff, as well as scheduling meetings, calendar management and taking minutes. You be responsible for file management duties while providing overall guidance and support related to administrative practices, and other ad hoc tasks as required.
