Our client in the broader public sector is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator for a short-term assignment.
This is a hands-on coordination role supporting the full lifecycle of procurement activities, ensuring compliance with public sector policies and procedures. You will assist with the development of procurement documents, support vendor selection processes, and provide customer service to internal stakeholders to support program delivery.
In this role, you will coordinate procurement activities, maintain tracking and reporting processes, and manage procurement-related data and workflows. You will monitor and respond to inquiries through the procurement inbox, working closely with internal teams to provide timely and accurate responses.
You will also work directly with vendors to collect required documentation, prepare contracts, ensure timely execution, and maintain an organized database of signed agreements. This role will also contribute to process improvements and support overall procurement operations.
