Our client in the broader public sector is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Decisions Administrator for a long-term temporary assignment.
This specialized role supports a regulatory committee environment by drafting clear, well-reasoned decisions and orders related to complaints, investigations, and registration matters. You will analyze case materials, apply relevant legislation and case law, and ensure written decisions accurately reflect committee findings and legal tests.
You will also prepare for and attend committee meetings, take detailed notes of discussions and rationale, collaborate with legal and professional staff, and contribute to continuous improvement of decision-writing standards and processes.
