Business Analyst, HR
Our broader public sector client is seeking a Business Analyst, HR for a interim assignment. This hands-on role supports HR transformation initiatives, system implementations, and process improvement projects within a dynamic environment.
You will support projects from initiation through implementation by gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping workflows, analyzing data, and coordinating testing activities (including UAT). Working closely with HR and IT stakeholders, you will help ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and successfully adopted by end users.
