Our client in the broader public sector is seeking a Business Analyst for a temporary assignment. This hands-on role will support the Finance Division, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to identify business needs, document requirements, and support the delivery of effective enterprise system solutions. You will also contribute to change management efforts, support project delivery, and help ensure the successful adoption of system changes to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Business Process Improvement, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the public sector, transport, or construction industries
• Experience supporting enterprise system implementations is an asset
• Experience working within a Finance environment is an asset
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
