Our client in the broader public sector is seeking an HR Business Partner for a short-term assignment].
This is a coordination role that will work closely with department leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and enhance workforce performance. In this role, you will provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR policies. You will also assist with talent management, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
You will collaborate with leadership to support organizational development and drive HR initiatives that meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Experience with HRIS and data-driven decision-making.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
