Our client in the public sector is seeking a well-spoken Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a long-term assignment].
This is a hands-on and customer-facing role that will provide high-quality support to both English- and French-speaking clients, ensuring a positive customer experience and timely resolution of inquiries.
