Our client in the broader public sector is seeking a seasoned part-time Payroll Assistant for a short-term assignment.
This hands-on role ensures accurate, timely payroll processing and compliance with legislation and agreements. You’ll manage end-to-end payroll activities, validate data, handle deductions and benefits, and maintain adherence to organizational and regulatory standards.
You will also collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies, respond to employee inquiries, support audits and reporting requirements, and contribute to process improvements that enhance payroll accuracy, efficiency, and service delivery.
