We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for our public sector client in the Mississauga area. In this role, you will provide positive, values-based leadership while guiding and developing the HR team. You will oversee the planning, development, and delivery of comprehensive human resources and labour relations strategies, including policy development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and the interpretation and enforcement of policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Demonstrated progressive experience in human resources and labour relations providing advice and guidance to managers.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing staff, providing direction and setting priorities.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels at the organization.
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing work priorities.
